We’re Expanding the Neighborhood

A new residential community is planned for the former Macy’s site, expected to open in Spring 2028. The development brings new neighbors within walking distance of the shops, restaurants, farmers market, and live music that already make The Streets a gathering place. As details are finalized, we’ll share renderings, leasing information, and timelines here.
